Application Agency and Certification Acquisition Support for Domestic Registered Certification Bodies
Article 31 of the JIS Act defines certification bodies that conduct certification activities for product and service JIS marks as domestic registered certification bodies, ensuring fairness, expertise, and reliability of certification activities (specifically through JISQ17065).
Application documents, acceptance procedures, and certification processes required for registration differ among domestic registered certification bodies, but all procedures require accurate understanding of the JIS Act system and related certification guidelines (such as JISQ1001). Some organizations have limits on the number of correction reviews, requiring flawless procedural progress.
